Taylor Morgan, Supervisee in Social Work

Hi there, I am Taylor and I use she/her pronouns. I look forward to meeting you in your journey and am happy to be a part of your first steps!
Taylor is currently working towards licensure in clinical social work after obtaining her master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Before that, she graduated from Longwood University with a degree in psychology concentrated in neuroscience!

Taylor is passionate about bridging the two fields of mind and body to help foster a sense of healing and inner peace. In the past, Taylor has worked in the inner-city projects of Richmond to provide services to those who have been affected by substance use disorders and incarceration. She also has experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, mood instability, depression, anxiety, and day to day life grievances. As a new mom herself, she also takes special interest in women’s issues particularly through pregnancy and postpartum. Often, she uses psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy via a trauma informed lens. Her approach to therapy is through radical acceptance, empowerment and the hope to restore joy, “Together we can do so much”.

Taylor is currently accepting self pay ($35 a session) and sliding scale clients ages 12 and up. Call today to get more information!
