Meredith Meyer is a Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Dr. Anita Tieman. She received her Master of Education in Clinician Mental Health and Addictions Counseling after studying psychology and sociology at Christopher Newport University.

She has worked with various client populations across the lifespan and enjoys supporting clients working on concerns regarding anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stressors. Her goal for working with clients is that they feel heard, understood, and supported as they take their next steps.
